The Trainer's Manual is organized into the same chapters as the Guidebook. Each chapter of the Manual has a list of materials needed, the estimated time or a time range needed for the chapter, and additional remarks or suggestions. It also indicates concepts or activities to be de-emphasized or emphasized.
Each page of the Manual has two columns. On the left side of the page are comments, directions, and suggestions for you. On the right is a box to write notes, reminders, or whatever. Additional space is provided for writing more extensive notes after sections that may need further explanation to meet the specific needs of your tutors, formal instruction. It includes visuals of scenarios and tutoring problems not included in the Guidebook which are designed to confirm and reinforce tutor's reading and instruction. It is packaged within the Tutor Trainer's Seminar Kit that includes 30 Guidebooks, 1 Tutor Trainer's Manual, and 1 Transparency Set as part of a discounted first adoption offer.
